Planned maintenance to our smartcard system is scheduled on Saturday March 5th between 07:30 and 12:30 – during this time you can purchase Smartcard tickets from but will not be able to collect your ticket until after 13:30 - Tickets purchased prior to this time can still be loaded to Touch Smartcards at our Gates and Ticket vending machines. Travel using your Touch Smartcard is not affected.

Postal deliveries

First Class post

First Class post costs £1 for all bookings up to £2000, and will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of booking.

If you do not receive your ticket(s) within a week, please call 0345 6000 650 with your booking reference, where an agent will be happy to help.

Please note, we shall not be obliged to change, cancel, replace or refund a ticket where we have reason to believe that it is being done so fraudulently.

Special Delivery

If you book your tickets by 5pm, delivery is guaranteed by 13.00hrs the next working day. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Bookings made on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are despatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday are despatched on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.

All Next Day Special Delivery services are insured and are inclusive of VAT per address.

Next Day Special Delivery costs £7.50 up to the value of £500 insurance.

Overseas Customers

Post and special delivery are not permitted delivery options for overseas addresses. Those registering from an overseas address or using an overseas registered card will be able to collect their tickets at a Self Service Ticket Machine. Unfortunately it is not possible to post to a UK address instead.
